- I understand that service fees must be paid before nanny profiles are sent.
Service Fee & Payment Requirements
Clients must pay the required service fee before the Agency sends nanny profiles.
- I understand that all placement fees are non‑refundable.
- I agree that late payments may incur a 10% late fee.
- I understand that Nanny‑Right‑Now and On‑Demand services are based strictly on availability.
- I understand that the Agency will send available nanny profiles closest to my preferences.
Replacements & Cancellations
- If I am not satisfied with the nanny provided, the Agency may offer up to three (3) replacements at no additional charge.
- I understand that cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may result in a fee equal to 50% of the booking.
- I understand that deposits for extended care are non‑refundable, but may be partially credited toward future services at Agency discretion.
Guaranteed Hours (Full‑Time Nannies)
- I agree to provide accurate information about my child(ren)’s needs, routines, allergies, and medical conditions.
- I agree to maintain a safe home environment and provide necessary childcare supplies.
- I agree to show the nanny where any cameras are located in my home.
Liability & Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- The Client’s home environment
- The Client’s instructions
- Failure to disclose medical, behavioral, or safety information
- Hazards or unsafe conditions within the home
The Agency is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents occurring under the Client’s supervision or within the Client’s home.
All placement fees are non‑refundable under any circumstances.
Late payments may incur a 10% late fee added to the outstanding balance.
For extended care or overnight bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Deposits are non‑refundable but may be partially credited toward future services at Agency discretion.
I agree not to hire or solicit Agency nannies directly outside of this agreement.
Liability & Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold Quintessential Nannies harmless from any claims arising from my home environment, my instructions, or undisclosed medical/behavioral information.
Confidentiality
I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information, schedules, and sensitive details shared during service.
