What services do Quintessential Nannies offer
We offer all types of childcare services to help busy parents and parents who are away from home get the peace of mind they need knowing their loved one is in safe hands. Our services range from permanent and temporary nanny services to urgent childcare Postpartum services corporate childcare and family assistant.
How do I begin?
You get started by booking a request through phone call or by filling out request forms on our website book a nanny family registration and we will reach you to further discuss the details of your request.
How about urgent childcare?
Absolutely ! 😊 with our many years of experience as childcare providers and as parents too, we know there are definitely those times when childcare is urgently needed with a very short notice – and so at Quintessential Nannies, we got your back. We have a wide network of nannies on call ready to hit the road immediately for your urgent childcare needs.
Please note all urgent care (less than 48hrs notice) will incur an additional charge.
However, due to high demand for our nannies, we may not be able to fulfill your urgent request and you will be refunded the extra charge.
What is the minimum care duration I can request?
The minimum duration any of our Nannies/ providers can be booked for is 2 hours.
What is the benefit of family registration with Quintessential Nannies
Families who are registered with us will have access to free back up care for up to 21 days. After we get you a nanny and you are registered with us, If for some reasons your regular childcare falls through, or you need urgent care, you may request for back up care for up to 21 days free of booking fee.
What Paymentent methods do you accept
We accept payments through cash payment apps such as Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Paypal or checks. (If a check is unable to process, an extra fee of $40 will be required)
We will send you a payment request through your preferred cash payment app or you may send us your payment directly from the cash payment app.
Once we receive your payment, we immediately begin to work on your request.
Please note that long term placement fees are payable within 7 days of a job offer being made or the nanny will be referred to other families.
What is your Cancellation policy?
When Quintessential Nannies confirm reservation for request for a nanny and a cancelation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled care, the booking fee will not be refunded and there will be an additional 4 hour charge of the nanny’s time for daily booking and if a long term confirmed request is Cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice, the booking fee will not be refunded and half of the nanny’s total time pay will not be refunded.
If a confirmed nanny doesn’t show up, you will have to let Quintessential Nannies know and let us know if to provide another or make a refund.
Replacement
If for any reason you are not comfortable with the nanny we sent to you, we will send you a replacement for up to 4 times free.
