Replacement of nanny
We believe in matching you with a carer that you are comfortable with and should you have any reservations about a carer or need to replace, we will find you another match for up to two times free.
Terms and Conditions
There is a $150 charge to activate a search which is a non refundable administration fee.
Our agency placement fee
Full time (31+hours per week)
$2000
Part Time (up to 30 hours per week) $1500
Quintessential Nannies on call or back-up care.
The agency placement fee is a non-refundable fee of $35 per day and is payable in advance.
Post-partum services are positions up to 6 weeks in length.The placement fee is $700
Temporary/Short-term contracts up to 3 months.
The placement fee is $1000. Any role longer than 3 months is a permanent position.
Placement fees are payable within 7 days of a job offer being made or the nanny will be referred to other families.
Salary is directly negotiated between nannies and families and is paid directly to the nanny.
Families who are registered with Quintessential Nannies for $1200 will have unlimited access to free Quintessential Nannies on Call throughout the year- this means for a registered period of 12 months, we will not charge a registered family any referral fee for emergency/Quintessential Nannies on call, This is an especially good service to use all year round for when you have date nights or times when child is away from school and parents have to work.
Cancellation
When Quintessential Nannies confirm reservation for request for a caregiver and a cancelation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled care, there will be a $35 charge to Client’s credit card and a five hour charge of the caregiver/ nanny’s time.
Agreement, Indemnity and release
When a request form is completed by a client and payment is received, Quintessential Nannies LLC (Quintessential Nannies) will find a suitable caregiver match for the client who placed the request.
Client will pay caregiver directly a pre agreed rate for the services provided by the caregiver.
Client understands that Quintessential Nannies is a referral agency and referred caregivers are not employees of Quintessential Nannies. Quintessential Nannies is not responsible for withholding and filling employment taxes.
Client agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Quintessential Nannies, its agents, employees and officers for any and all claims relating to services rendered by caregiver.

We offer all types of childcare services to help busy parents and parents who are away from home get the peace of mind they need knowing their loved one is in safe hands. Our services range from permanent and temporary nanny services to urgent childcare Postpartum services corporate childcare
and family assistant.
You get started by booking a request through phone call or by filling out request forms on our website book a nanny family registration and we will reach you to further discuss the details of your request.
Absolutely ! 😊 with our many years of experience as childcare providers and as parents too, we know there are definitely those times when childcare is urgently needed with a very short notice – and so at Quintessential Nannies, we got your back. We have a wide network of nannies on call ready to hit the road immediately for your urgent childcare needs.
Please note all urgent care (less than 48hrs notice) will incur an additional charge.
However, due to high demand for our nannies, we may not be able to fulfill your urgent request and you will be refunded the extra charge.
The minimum duration any of our Nannies/ providers can be booked for is 2 hours .
Rates differ among nannies, ranging from $15- $30/ hour depending on experience , location and number of care recipients.
Salary is directly negotiated between nannies and families.
Families who are registered with us will have access to free back up care for up to 21 days. After we get you a nanny and you are registered with us, If for some reasons your regular childcare falls through, or you need urgent care, you may request for back up care for up to 21 days free of booking fee.
We accept payments through cash payment apps such as Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Paypal or checks. (If a check is unable to process, an extra fee of $40 will be required)
We will send you a payment request through your preferred cash payment app or you may send us your payment directly from the cash payment app.
Once we receive your payment, we immediately begin to work on your request.
Please note that long term placement fees are payable within 7 days of a job offer being made or the nanny will be referred to other families.
When Quintessential Nannies confirm reservation for request for a nanny and a cancelation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled care, the booking fee will not be refunded and there will be an additional 4 hour charge of the nanny’s time for daily booking and if a long term confirmed request is Cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice, the booking fee will not be refunded and half of the nanny’s total time pay will not be refunded.
If a confirmed nanny doesn’t show up, you will have to let Quintessential Nannies know and let us know if to provide another or make a refund.
If for any reason you are not comfortable with the nanny we sent to you, we will send you a replacement for up to 4 times free.
